About these terms
These terms cover your use of kilnforged.com and the Kiln Forged preview. By using the site you agree to them.
The preview
The site is pre-release. The design engines are in development, and the demo uses sample outputs. Features, availability and pricing may change.
Your designs
- You own the designs, code and files you create with Kiln Forged.
- You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service.
- You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or describe.
Building and using hardware safely
Generated designs are a starting point. Review them before manufacturing, follow safe practices with batteries and mains power, and check that your device meets any rules that apply where you use or sell it. Designs are provided without warranty.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to design devices meant to cause harm or break the law.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Payments (future)
Paid plans aren't available yet. When they are, we'll explain credits, billing and refunds here before you pay.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kiln Forged isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or designs created with it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
